What fees do you charge?

 

Service fees range depending on how much each product costs. 

 

Do you get free shipping? 

 

It's very unlikely for me to get a free shipping offer and only a couple of brands offer free shipping to trade members.

 

Are design services included? 

 

I'm happy to offer insight on a product that you are purchasing. However, full design packages and design services are not included.

 

Can I use my credit card or a store gift card?

 

Yes! Your order is made through a credit card authorization form or over the phone. ARI fees are paid via Venmo or Zelle. 

 

Do you facilitate delivery or offer any services post ordering? 

 

Once your order is placed you will receive all receipts, order confirmations, order numbers, and any other important information regarding your order. Once you have all of your documents, you should contact the retailer for any questions or concerns about your order. If there are issues with your order I'm happy to assist you if the retailer has a dedicated trade customer service, which most of them do.
